Near fine facsimile signature first edition in plastic wrapper as issued, green illustrated boards bearing a small dent to the top edge. There is a small amount of spotting to the endpapers and slight discoloration to the fore-edges and a bookseller’s label on the front paste-down. Very neat and clean otherwise, illustrated throughout and complete with fold-outs, transparent plans and colour type and corrections.
